How much will the shipping cost me?
A) We provide a flat rate shipping for all orders within Australia for a fixed rate of $14.95
Do you ship internationally?
A) we do not currently ship outside of Australia Unless arranged via contact us page.
How long does it take to deliver?
A) Delivery of each ordered product/s can take up to 7 business days. Delivery may exceed 12 business days for some items that are manufactured to order or imported to order. Where this is the case, you will be notified before the order is processed.
How will I receive my order?
A) Your order may be delivered either by Australia Post or by our courier service. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to use and this will depend on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.
Is it safe to purchase from your online store?

When will my payment be processed?
A) We process payments after you successfully complete the checkout When useing Paypal. Credit card payments may take upto 48hrs to complete.
Do you have a Showroom?
A) Yes we do we currently Have a show Room in South Australia Only at this time. you can also view our products at many showrooms around Australia as we sell most majior brands. LIke Mercator Lighting, Crompton Lighting, Hunterpacific, etc
Is there a warranty or a guarantee policy?
A) All items sold are covered by a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty. Manufacturers Warranty is valid only within Australia and commences from the purchase date on your invoice.
What is the process to cancel my order?
A) You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within several days from date of purchase as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. In this case we will refund your money in full.
What about any damages?
A) If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will arrange for it to be replaced for you. A refund or store credit is only available if the product is no longer available. You must notify us of any faults or damaged products within 7 days of receipt of your order.
